Help Sony Xperia T3 Stuck at provider logo

Hello,
I have question about my phone which can't boot futher provider logo and it cant go to recovery mod (when i try it vibrates couple of times and phone just restarts). The phone has non-removable back side so i can't remove battery.
Please help.

Did you root the phone, or anything else that might have caused it to brick?
