Hi there,
I have a ZR and recently (i can't pin it to an event) it has a major issue with the notification panel.
Basically, it keeps trying to pull itself down (i.e swipe down & open) and open automatically. It doesn't come all the way down though, so it results in a continuous flashing type effect. It means that when I am using an app or trying to text, it won't recognise my input or action until the flashing stops. It is intermittent, and doesn't seem to be related to any app.
I have done a full factory reset yesterday, reinstalling 4.3, and all new settings. Plus downloading and upgrading all my apps. I have got AVG running and done a scan, but no virus or malware.
I have also removed the screen protector thinking that may be an issue, but still no joy.
Oddly enough, my screen time out after inactivity takes way longer than the 15 seconds it's set for, and sometimes won't work at all, which leads me to believe there is something running in the background. Looking at my apps, i can see anything suspect though.
I have started in safe mode too and still issues.
Has anyone got any ideas that I could try? It would be greatly appreciated, as my phone is nearly unuseable and is only just over a year old.
