Sorting contacts by last name instead of first name

Hi All,

I am trying to have contact sorted by last name. The phone is currently sorting contacts by first name. I could not find a place to change the sorting method.

Do any of you have similar problems? And how do you change the sorting method?

Note: my phone is Huawei P8 max, but it should be similarly to P8 Lite. My previous phone Samsung Note 3 did let me sort by last name.

On the P8 Lite, it's like this: When you have Contacts open, tap Menu at lower right, then Settings, then Sort List By

Thanks! The P8 Max contacts app does not appear to have the Sort List By option in its settings.

I eventually found a "contacts" app on Google Play which let me sort by last name.
