Help Sound being transmited through mic

So, i tend to use skype on my phone, and whenever i start a call in it, my android audio is playbacked through my mic, so people hear themself and whatever sound my phone is playing i.e. music i'm hearing, audio from apps, etc.

PS. I'm using earbuds
