My other half has a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 10.1 , the same as mine. This morning, there have been issues with the sound - it makes a noise similar to white noise, quite loud, on startup, then randomly makes this noise again. Sometimes it's a continuous sound, sometimes it pulsates. I performed a factory reset earlier on, which we thought had resolved the issue.
This afternoon, he has been trying to watch videos on YouTube, but the sound is distorted, like it's playing too slow, but the images are at normal speed. Then the white noise started again.
He had installed a new app yesterday, but has uninstalled this in case that was causing the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this before, or have any ideas what could be causing it or anything else I can try?
