Is there an app that allow you to set different sounds for different notifications? Like sound 1 for text messages, sound 2 for facebook notifications, sound 3 for email and so on.

I believe you can set the default notification sound in the settings of each (or most) app.
I am able to set individual notification ringtones within facebook, and the stock messaging app on my HTC One X+, and I imagine you can on any phone. Even gmail allows you to set a specific notification sound from within the app settings.
