I don't believe Android has sounds for sent texts.
I only recently discovered that iPhones do have sent sounds when I turned the sound up on my missus' phone: apparently it's one of the reasons she keeps her phone on silent all the time .. and misses all my calls
.. of course, she may just see that as a fringe benefit
