Sound problem

Absolutely love my neo v but now appears the speakers aren't working on it. Have looked under sound settings and tells me that silent mode is not enabled but when I press the power button it says it is enabled... does anyone have any ideas????

Do the speakers work in any situation? If it doesn't work at all you could try the Repair Phone option on PC Companion just to confirm if this is a hardware or a software problem.
