Sound problems with H96 PRO+

I am running an H96 Pro+ 64GB running Android 7.1.2 but to hear anything on You Tube I have to turn the volume down so far I have to sit too close to my 55" T.V. for comfort just to hear it properly. If I turn up the volume to any acceptable level the sound breaks up, and the higher I turn up the volume the worse it gets. I can't find settings in You Tube, and I have tried adjusting settings in Android but nothing seems to fix the problem. Also the air mouse I ordered with it is too sensitive, yet I can't find any settings for it. Does anyone have any idea's? Thanks.

Unfortunately, no paperwork came with it. It didn't even come with a rechargeable battery for the air mouse which I was very disapointed with.

Is the sound problem a compatibility issue? Have you tried it with another TV as a test?

Yes I tried but no luck. This box is replacing an MXQPRO Box.The same thing happened with that one too.
