Is there a sound profile manager that you recommend? I came from a Samsung S8, and there was an option for ringtone, notification, alarm, and media. The pixel does not have that option. I would like to have my ringtone work 24/7 but the notifications for email and text messages Etc not ring at night. Thank you for your advice!

Have you explored the Do Not Disturb options at Settings > Sound > Do Not Disturb preferences? You can configure it so that only phone calls (from anyone or from specific people) will break through. No need for additional software which may or may not work reliably.
