Sound setting with Blackberry Work App

I use the Blackberry Work App on a Pixel XL 2. For some reason, the notification sound for new emails and calendar invites switches on in the background. I have changed it to 'None' several times and it seems by my employer's setup the sound turns back on by default.

Is there a way to over-ride this sound issue, while still having the other notifications active?

You may want to contact your work's IT folks to see if that's something being set by the policy. I don't believe there is any way to override a policy pushed to the device without removing said policy completely.
