I was wondering how all these people are getting away with selling soundboards with material that isn't theres. Soundboards such as Mortal Combat, Duke Nukem, and Mario are copywrited material, but why are these soundboards on the market, some which cost money. I don't understand copywrite law enough to see how this is legal, because I don't think this falls under "fair use".
