Space problem

My phones saying I have no space left which is really impossible, I only have a 300mb data plan per month...I did download two MP3's last night and am sorta thinking that might be the problem but my phones saying I got 1.5GB left of space and I have no clue how to clean the cache and such...checked all the settings, should I try taking the bettery out and putting it back in?

Your previous post is asking about upgrading from a 2GB card. Is that what you have now?

You may want to download a file manager like OI File manager. With that you can look at the contents of you SD card. Do you take a lot of pictures? These would also eat up space. Especially if you have the phone set to the highest MP settings.

You can try a battery pull, but what app is saying you don't have any space left? The Market? If so:

Push your menu button > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All tab > Scroll down to Market and tap it > Clear Data.

Then go back to the market and try to download the app again.
