Help Spam in Notification Bar

In the morning, over the last few days, I've woken up to a spam message in my notification bar. Is has something to do with schooling or career training or something like that. Does anyone know what this is from or what I can do to stop it from coming each day? I've put the Monster and Career Builder applications on my Maxx, but that was last week or so and even if they did cause it, I'm not sure how to stop it, except possibly deleting the apps, which I really don't want to do.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Those are "air pushed" ads. One of your apps is causing it. Download this app, it will find the culprit:

The app that was causing this was "MP3 Music Download".
