Help SPB Shell 3D

Ok.so I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S running Android 2.2 Cyanogen7. I'm trying to get the SPBShell3D Launcher to work. I bought it, downloaded it, ran it for 5min then got a message saying "we were unable to locate your purchase in the android market" It shows up on my card though so I know its a legit copy. Here's what I've been able to do so far:
Copy the .apk to SD Card
Uninstall
Set to Airplane mode
Set Droidwall permissions to block SPBShell and Google Services Framework
Reinstall SPBShell
Disable Airplane Mode

Even then I only get a couple hours of use. Is there any way to fix it? I called SPB a week ago and no luck.

SPB Shell is still buggy and the most expensive launcher, I bought it and could not use it like you.

it is still pretty buggy but it is gorgeous
