Help .spb to .vcf

Lost all my contacts recently, couldn't restore them because kies cant detect my phone, I have the backup though. Does anyone know how to convert spb files to vcf?

By the way, it's good to keep your contacts sync with gmail. Whenever you change the phone, they will automatically load. Easiest migration and back up possible.

Hmm doesn't seem to work, I added the extension ".vcf" and tried opening it with on my phone, and it says the format is not supported.

Import that VCF to gmail instead, and then sync the phone.

1. Sign in to Gmail.
2. Click Contacts on any Gmail page.
3. Click the More actions dropdown menu and select Import...
4. Click the Choose File button and locate the all.vcf
5. Select the file and click the Import button.
