I'm pretty sure my bass coil is blown. I have not installed any music players or tampered with the audio settings at all, hell, I haven't even put music or movies on my device yet. But any video I play has that crackling sound when there is any kind of bass. Vocals sound fine except when there too much bass in someone's voice. I'm curious to know of anyone who has had this problem and what they did about it. This should be covered by warranty right? Thanks for your time.
