Speaker Phone vollume boost

One of my most used features on the Note 5 was the option of a volume boost toggle while in call.
So my question is
Does the S7 Edge have the volume boost toggle button (like the note 5 ) when in call using the speaker phone ?

Yes it does, it's a toggle on the in call screen.

more importantly does that feature actually work? I have tried it and it doesn't seem to add anything. But maybe i'm just not picking up on it.
