when i dial a number i cannot hear it ringing only when i have it on speakerphone what settings should my phone be on
 
Hello and welcome aboard. The ringing tone isn't really that loud, but it should be better heard if you turn up the in call volume (top volume rocker on the left or right side on your device) while on a call. You can also adjust the volume inside settings / sounds / volume depending on your device model.
