When i listen to an audio (not spotify or other radio ect) the sound goes out from my "big" speaker on the back of my phone, loud and clear, good sound. But when i put my phone on a surface, with screen facing down (so i can hear the audio comming out from my speaker at the back) it suddenly switch the speaker and the sound is more lower and it comes out from the speaker where you have your ear when you are talking in the phone. Why is this? And how do i change this? Im using whatsapp and listen to sounds witch my friend send me when this problem occurs.
And yes, i have checked the settings in whatsapp and there is no meny for this speaker settings.
