Help Speakers

OK. Not sure about the speaker(s) on the bottom of the phone to the sides of the charge port. When I play music or watch a video I only get sounds from the left one. Should they both work?

If you are looking at the screen, the one to your left is a speaker, the one to the right is the mic.
