Root Spectrum won't boot

I can't get my Spectrum to boot but it does get into download mode. I'm getting extremely frustrated being unable to find the files and procedure necessary to get my phone back up. Help Please!!
 
Put CM10 on it a couple days ago and then I let my battery go dead last night. Now when I plug it in to charge it goes to a half LG logo at the bottom of the screen. Then it will not respond until holding the power button for 20 seconds or pulling the battery.

Have you let it sit and charge for a few hours? If you have and you're still having issues, look up nephs cab flash method on rootzwiki.

The solution is a very very simple but annoying one.....DEVS....here is how you boot. IF your phone is on a charger, it will not boot but it will charge.Leave it on the charger 30 seconds to a minute just enough to get barely 1%. UNPLUG from charger. Hold power, feel vibration from phone, release power (aka normal boot), see boot screen, THEN PLUG CHARGER IN.

On CM10 beta3 I let the battery completely die and it would not charge while powered off. I had no other means to charge the battery and it would not power on. The only thing I could get it to do was go to download mode. Are you saying that would've worked instead?
 
For this problem. Pull battery. Put it back in when the phone doesn't feel hot. Plug it in. And hold volume down and power as soon as the lg logo starts to appear. It should let you get in recovery. *** just remembered that's cm9

And from my experience cm10 and aokp will charge from completely dead. But you must unplug it and do a battery pull before it will boot up. *** just realized that was already said........ I'm failing tonight

Not sure how to answer this....or you were asking me lol.....All I know is I had the same issue with mine and it wouldn't reboot correctly with the charger pluged in...if at all.....I unplugged the charger from the phone....held down power and felt the phone vibrate. I knew at that moment it was going into normal boot. Once I saw that it was, I just reconnected the charger....it continued booting and charging.....soooooooooo...that is how I got it to boot while on charger...or off then on....or......you get the picture lol
