Speech-to-Text Apps?

Currently on my Samsung tablet I can use Google's speech-to-text function to do a search, text someone, etc. but I am wondering if there are any apps that allow me to speak and dictate a longer document. Or can Google's speech-to-text also do this, and I've just not figured it out? Thanks!

Just tried this, reads text messages out loud. Nice except for when you're already on the phone, or when the settings are set to quiet. No options to controls these settings, uninstalled.

When you use the vlingo keyboard, the microphone on it uses the vlingo service. I've had pretty good luck with text messages using vlingo.
