Help Speed and lag problem

I have a temporary phone lag problem when my phone sleeps and screen closes and when i wake it up again. There is a speed and lag problem while using the phone for a while and swiping to the apps screen
after i wake it up and before the speed comes back to normal and lag goes away. I installed the latest firmware also. What is causing it and what should i do?

My device is Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275. The problem is not present on a friend's Samsung Galaxy
Grand Neo I9060 which haves almost the same characteristics.

If by "latest firmware" you are referring to Lollipop (Android 5.0x), that could be the cause of your issue. My wife and I had identical Nexus 7 tablets that both received the 5.02 OTA, and we both did factory data resets. Mine worked fine (and still does), but hers would lag and intermittently black screen. It would run fine in safe mode (which disables user-installed apps), but that prevented her from using it for its intended purpose. She got fed up and replaced it with an iPad Mini II.

Bottom line: Not all apps have been made fully compatible with Lollipop yet. Check what apps you have that your friend doesn't, and see if your phone responsiveness improves after disabling or uninstalling them. GL!
