I have a Samsung Galaxy S Epic 4g SPH-D700 that I dropped and broke the screen of. The screen is blank and I had not backed-up my contacts or calendar. It seems like it is fairly simple to replace the motherboard. If I switched the motherboard with another SPH-D700 I believe I should be able to access my contacts and calendar and back them up. Can someone tell me if my reasoning is logical or am I missing something?

I managed to switch out the motherboard on my phones and synch and export my calendar and contacts and then switch them back again without messing-up. :)Yes it can be done. This information may at least benefit the next poor soul. I was unable to somehow save my memos or past messages but since there weren
