OK ive been deciding to post the splash jpg and have the splash creator download so you can make the splash image yourself for the purpose that if i can do it in 2 secs so can you...so dont be lazy.
MUST HAVE ADB SETUP IF NOT GO

Splash Creator
Right click and save jpg as whatever you want.
resize pic with windows editor or photoshop to 320X480
save.
unzip splash creator and execute CreateG1Splash.exe
open file and convert.
Once youve made the image rename it splash as it will be named mysplash.
place splash file in the c:\androidsdk\tools\ folder.
turn on phone by holding back and power to get fastboot mode
Open command prompt in windows
type command
and your new splash is up and running enjoy
