Help Sporadic beeps?

Q - does ur phone beep alot? Sitting on the table next to me - especially when it is plugged in - every so often I hear a faint little beep. No new notification showing, but if anyone knows what I might turn off to stop this, please give me some suggestions.

It never did this before the latest update to JB 4.1.2 but it is annoying!

I haven't experienced this before on my phone. If you put your phone on vibrate, does it still beep or does the phone vibrate instead?

You can try doing a factory reset. Most of the time, if you're upgrading OS versions (I.E: Froyo -> Gingerbread, ICS -> Jellybean), you might need to do a factory reset to make sure your phone is working properly.

I updated to JB now mine does it as well. Sounds like a sonar ping. Very annoying because I have no idea whats causing this crap.
