Sprint Account Data Usage Question

I check my Sprint account on a regular basis to see how much data I am using and my wife uses. I've noticed that this month, the data usage does not seem to be accurate. Is anyone having the same issue on their account?

All of our texts, etc. is being monitored correctly.

I haven't noticed anything strange, then again I really don't monitor my useage that much either. Have you contacted customer service about it yet?

I ported my number to Verizon on Monday evening because I got tired of the dropped calls and slow data speeds. There was less than 7 months left on my contract. Despite the dropped calls, Sprint said that they would not cover any of the early termination fee. I guess I will sell my Epic to cover most of the cost.

Shabby customer service since I still have my wife's iPhone4s line with Sprint. They said that we are in a good coverage area. I will never go back with Sprint and recommend to everyone that I know to say far away from Sprint.

The online counter has been off for weeks. I'm over 30gbs with my data usage app but Sprint still shows I'm using less than 10.

In have noticed the same thing. My data usage hasn't updated in a couple of days. Good thing we have unlimited data so I am not too worried about it

I stream sports on a "slingbox" type device to my phone. Last month I was streaming the Olympics all day long. Needless to say my data usage was high last month.

My wife wants to be able to watch her Time Warner cable channels on her iPhone4S. Slingbox allows her to do this?

I'm not sure about Slingbox. My device is called "Vulkano" and its a device that works the same way as Slingbox by "placeshifting".
Yes your wife will be able to watch whatever she was able to watch at home but just shifted to her iPhone.
I can watch all my Direct TV 600+ channels on my phone, tablet, or PC. Their app/software is available on multi platform. All that is require after you install the software/app is you login with you name and password and off you go.
