Sprint adware

I have the Sprint LG G3, every now & then (maybe once a month) the Sprint logo (far left in the pic) appears in my upper bar due to some Sprint ad. My phone's not rooted & I don't want to root it, does anyone know if there's a preference somewhere that I can turn off to stop these?

I think you can go into the Sprint Zone app and turn off notifications there.

I've already done that, but these have still been coming through.

Try main settings, Apps, All, and uncheck notifications under that app.

Ha! I've been on that screen many many times & it never even occurred to me what "show notifications" meant on that screen before

Thanks! I got an ad or something from Zedge today too, so I also just turned that one off that way.
