Sprint bill question

Jceinc

So after looking at my bill this morning I noticed that my discount only applies to my main line.. I'm almost positive that discount was applied to my other lines in the past?? Did something change? Thanks!

Discounts are (should be) applied to the "primary" plan price, and no discounts applied for any add-on's (i.e. the $10 premium data fee, HotSpot, or Insurance).

For example, I have two lines on a shared, Everything Data 1500 plan for $130, plus the 10 dollar premium data and insurance for both lines. My 25% corporate discount applies to the $130 plan price.

Any clues as to when they stopped doing this? Thanks

Because Sprint's doing everything it can to make money. Purging practices and customers that are money-losers, dropping discounts and fee breaks that other carriers don't offer, and adding premium-device fees.

As long as Sprint continues to undercut the pricing of VZW and ATT while providing "good enough" coverage and service, expect more of this. It's a better formula than what Sprint used to do.

They could have saved us some trouble though by just announcing this is the path they're on now.
