Root [Sprint/Cricket] CWM'd and rooted with team epic! Now what?

I just followed the great instructional video, and installed CWM, team epic root, and superuser.

Now what?
What's I'd like to do:

- I'd like to get rid of ALL un-needed programs bloatware and any proprietary sprint apps.

- overclock the CPU with a kernel like I did before using the Blitzkrieg kernel when I had my LG Esteem.

- Add my own boot animation, and custom notifications sounds. is it as simple as putting therOGG files in the right place, as it was with my old esteem?

Anything else you guys think might strip it down and speed it up. I might even be into a ROM so long as it didn't have crazy blood skull graphics theme. No offense. Just not my thing.

Thanks!

Have you thought about going the cm route? I have cm10 installed on my HTC One XL and I love it. Maybe you like touchwiz, but I didn't particularly care for sense, and i find the design of stock android miles better. And it's been way smoother for me then either a)the stock ROM, or b) sense-based ROMs. I would definitely recommend it, especially because it probably will have built in overclocking support, and doesn't come with any bloatware.
