Root [Sprint/Cricket] Easy disable volume rocker

So with the otter box case I have I have a big issue with my phone getting turned down by the slightest touch. This has caused me to miss countless calls.

I tried quite a few of the volume "lockers" on the market and wasn't happy with any of them. What I finally ended up doing was going into the system/usr folder and modding a file there to disable the volume rocker all together. I just use the slider widget for volume now. I put together a zip for this flash able in cwm . (my first mod flash! Lol)

I'm on us sprint gs3 with cm10.1 and ktoonz kernel. Works just fine for me .

Which Otterbox series do you have? I never had that issue with the Defender Series. When I used the CaseMate Tough case, the buttons were easier to press and I'm sure I turned my phone on several times in my pocket unbeknownst to myself, lol. The UAG case I don't have any issues with any of that anymore.
