Download "Terminal Emulator" from the Google Play Store.
Type "su" press "enter" or the "L" shaped arrow pointing to the left which is usually at the bottom right corner on the keypad.
Type restorecon -Rv /data/media Press "enter" or the "L" shaped arrow once more.
Exit Terminal and the issue is fixed.
There is also an easy way below if the above step is to complicated.
Easier way is to install Folder Mount from the play store. Once it's installed, open it and confirm yes/ok on the prompt about corrupted internal memory. That should fix it.
