Root [Sprint/Cricket] Help with root

I tried rooting w/ instructions from QBking and everything seemed to go well. Except when I use root checker it says I do not have proper root access. I don't understand? Any help would be definitely appreciated, thanks! :confused:
 
I have tried three times now! SU still says I don't have root access when I try to update the binary. Anyone know why this is happening???
 
I ended up using that zip and indeed it did work! I think I read a post from someone else that you replied to and that was where I got the original idea to use it haha. But I appreciate the response!!! I don't know what I'd do without these forums, it's a life saver!!
