Root [Sprint/Cricket] HELP!!!!!!!!!

Somebody please help me. I tried to root my phone and something went wrong. Here is what it says:

I am running Odin 1.85 on Windows 8. I can't get my phone into download mode or to reboot.

Please help me some one!!!

We need a little more info. What method did you use? Type of phone? What exactly happened (detail)?

Well not sure but his problem is about the same as mine, but the count i have is more like 17 and the rest is the same.... i have tried everything in xda and android forums with no luck i just want simple root...
