Root [Sprint/Cricket] How can I manually update my sprint S3 with my new number?

I just changed my phone number with sprint and my S3 will not update automatically. I am running SlimBean 4.3. I have the info I need to update but the code to dial and edit MSL and MSID is not working. Is there another way to change these settings on the phone?

Sorry if this is a repost. I tried searching but couldn't find solution.

I'm not sure you can manually do it. Make a nandroid, flash a stock tw rom, let it update, update your profile and prl, then restore your nandroid.

Yeah, thank you. I flashed stock rom and manually program with the code from sprint. Working now.

What do you use to make a nandroid backup? Is that just a backup from your recovery?
 
Okay.. So I thought that the stock rom would have solved it... And I thought the phone was working but no calls or texts are going in or out.

I even tried changing the number again...
 
So... I got my new number working today. I had to go to the sprint store and spend 3 hours there to find out that Google Voice was the issue. I'm not sure why Google Voice caused a problem since I set it up and didn't like it so I deactivated the service. LOL. They also updated me to android 4.3 which I am kinda ticked off about. But oh well, I guess. Thought I would post this in case anyone ever runs into similar issue.
