Root [Sprint/Cricket] How to disconnect one call from a 3-way call

I know this is going to sound like a dumb question. However I just need to know if anybody knows how to disconnect one call when you're on three way so you do up not hang up on both parties please and thank you

As far as I know... Android has always lacked the ability to transfer between the two... Please someone correct me?..

I'm wondering this myself. I'm guessing if one of them hangs up that's when they successfully leave the conversation between the other two. But there are definitely circumstances where the call recipient may need to end a conversation with one caller. I'm interested to know if this can be done.
