Root [Sprint/Cricket] Volume Lock

Here is some background on my phone:
I am not rooted
Issue occurred while I was listening to music

Here is the problem, I am no longer able to adjust the volume up or down with the side buttons or by raising the volume from the slider. It is stuck in one spot and I cannot raise or lower it. Anyone have any idea of what I did and what I
can do to fix it?
