Hello,
Anyone else in eastern Henrico/Richmond, VA having issues with Sprint service. Myself and several co-workers have been having a huge data roaming problem for the last week. My EVO barely last half of my work shift just sitting in my pocket since it is in constant roam status. I never had any issues before and have had the EVO since launch. Co-workers both have Blackberry's so it's not a phone issue as far as I can tel.. All of us have called Sprint customer service and received conflicting reports. I was told 6 towers in the area have been out since July 8th!! but only started having roaming data last week. Others were told similar stories yesterday one was even told that there are no towers out and all are showing a signal. Wanted to see if anyone else has had similar issues here or elsewhere in the Richmond area.
