Sunday while on my motorcycle I happened to lose my phone (HTC EVO 4G) well it went flying out of my pocket at about 90 mph+ on the highway so you get the idea.
So Monday I get a replacement HTC Evo and its refurbished, honestly I could care less as long as it worked I was fine but as soon as I go to use the camera the flash dont work it starts freezing up etc etc, I payed my deductible of $100 for this?!?! Oh hells no. I call Asurion up and complained and they said they will get me a new Evo out by today.
So I get home and there is a box with an new Evo in it except its the HTC EVO 3D! Bout time Sprint did something right by its customer, heck ive only been with them for 15 years!!!
