Help Sprint HTC Evo 4G unable to connect to ANY email server

Hello,
I currently am unable to connect to ANY email servers! This was not due to a hard reset. It started with my Hotmail that I typically will delete the account because it does not sync without the app. BUT then I deleted my gmail accounts which typically worked flawlessly.... And are still unable to reload them. I constantly get the "unable to connect to server" message... And I have 3 different providers.
Yes I have a wifi connection and I haven't changed any of the sign in settings. I've done a soft reset.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated! I have tried over and over with no luck. Thanks for your time.

I hate to ask, but have you confirmed that you have a working Internet connection (via Wifi or cellular)? How about if you try to access via the webmail interface (https://mail.live.com/m/, I think)?
