Sprint and LG finally provided the OTA Android 8.0 Oreo update for LG V30+ with the latest security patch yesterday, March 20th, 2018. That's about seven months since it's public release. I'm not sure if that's average, but it certainly isn't great.
Anyway, I haven't noticed any significant differences. There have been some UI updates in the settings and I now have LG's built-in camera ThinkQ AI.
