Sprint Note5 Android 6.0 : Problems since update

Just wondering if anybody else is having a problem with "network connection"? I am!! Can't connect to some sites... emails won't come thru unless I open and refresh... can't upload to some sites??

Have you done the factory reset yet?
My phone was fine after the update, until I noticed the theme was stuck. I tried many things to clear it but only the factory reset succeeded.

I was trying to avoid that because I didn't want to lose anything on my phone.. but it looks like a will have to do it!

Don't forget smart switch and helium for your backups. I also recommend copying your storage to your pc, since smart switch corrupted some of my boxing videos when it restored.

I still have the NOTE 5,although in the Lollipop variety (THX T-Mobile )
The two no doubt still have a lot of commonality,that's all.
Nothing spectacular on my part,I just have a bit more time with the phones ins & outs,only because I'm restless & switch up often.
Definitely not Mensa material here,lucky to be breaking the triple digits........................
