I'm still waiting for that update since it comes with a stock version of swype so i wont have to deal with an expired beta version later on. I literally check for the update about 10 times a day since the announcement. Anybody have a clue when the rollout is expected to complete?

Not sure how much this will help you but I am in NYC and received the update this morning, a week after Sprint's announcement. I'm sure you'll get it soon enough.

In regards to Swype, it looks pretty much like the beta with that exception that there is no speech to text button.
