Okay so I picked up the Note 3 probably about a week after it was released but here for the last few days it has been constantly crashing. Sprint told me the software pretty much locked up the phone, I play a game called "Jungle Heat" it constantly forced closed so I think maybe it's trying to access a part of the phones vitals this will be the 3rd time I will have Sprint reset it.. any ideas?? Thanks!!
