Sprint Version (LS970) Anybody uses NFC for check out

I search but can't find anything.

Does anybody know if the NFC setup for the Sprint LG Optimus G (LS970ZVC) will work with stores that accept NFC at checkout?

I want to start using this feature but I am not sure where to start at.

There is more needed than hardware capability, it needs software like Google Wallet... and I don't think any software supports the capability on this phone.

I have Wallet, but I do not see any section for "enabling NFC pay option".

Wasn't the major selling point of NFC chips to be used on checkout lanes?

NFC can be used for all kinds of data transfer. Purchases is just a subset

In order to be used for payment, a device must be certified... i don't think the LS970 is certified with any payment service. I don't know if it lacks something, like a security chip, or that it just hasn't been put through the process by Sprint or LG.
