My SMS and MMS messages all disappeared today. Lots of posts describing the lossage. Me? No problem! I have SpriteMobile Backup set to run at 3:xx AM every night and back up all the stuff it can to DropBox.
Fired up SpriteMobile, told it to restore SMS and MMS (separate categories) only. 5 min later, I had everything but the few that came in today.
Wallah!!! No root needed.
