Suddenly when I give it a light grip around the phone, the app, all of them pop up automatically.

What is "light grip"?
What launcher are you using?
With Nova Launcher prime if I just hold the Z2 Force normally it is OK. If I squeeze it the Nova setrtings screen appears.

It was Nova come to think about it, I just noticed it with Nova, likt pushing on the cell sides just slightly .

It's Nova, I have the paid version. Same issue but after flashing my ROM it has the Moto launcher, not the launcher3). Smooth now.
Also I got black lock screen I couldn't reopen.
