Firefox has an add on to disable SSL 3.0 right now: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ssl-version-control/

K Kraftwerk Well-Known Member Nov 7, 2014 #3 So this is not a OS problem but just affects browsers? I have already unticked SSL 3.0 in: Control Panel>Internet options>Advanced>Security>SSL 3.0 Does this affect how the browser connects? Do I still need to install the addon?

It is browser related, not OS. If you use Firefox on Android (or computer) I'd install the add on until version 34 is released, they said that will have SSL 3.0 disabled.

I am just wondering what I have unticked?
