SSL/TLS cert option missing

I have 5 phones Motorola Droid Maxx 4.4.4. Trying to set up IMAP email but SSL/TLS cert option is no where to be found. I have 10 other exact same phone that have SSL/TLS as an option....no problem. Verizon and Motorola are unable to help.
